Every living space has been designed so that the beach front is captured from all levels.

From the minute, you step out of your car, the beach scene starts with a queen bedroom with large glass doors that open to the covered patio complete with barbeque, table and chairs, and your private path that leads to the beach! It has its own trendy ensuite with shower sharing in mind, the shower is huge! A customized murphy bed is included for that special guest! The queen size bed and murphy bed sleeps 4 comfortably.

Imagine jumping out of bed and stepping straight onto the beachfront and shoreline. It’s no dream it’s a reality!

The main living areas located on the second floor, are designed to give spectacular awe-inspiring views of the oceanfront. The deck is a living area on its own! This is where world-famous sunsets are guaranteed to set any occasion with memorable experiences. The lofty timber ceilings create that warm and spacious feeling. The home décor lends itself to a mixture of Balinese style features with traditional classic furniture, combined with trendy beach styles decorating all the bedrooms!

If comfort is what you are looking for look no further, get cozy and stretch out on the large suede modular chaise lounge and chill out!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble finish benchtops, all the kitchen appliances one would need and more! The kitchen is designed with a bar countertop eatery, where you can enjoy breakfast or chill with friends. The trendy dining area is featured with a glass wall, seats 8 comfortably, and ocean views are visible!

A Queen Size Bedroom and ensuite with bath are included on this level!

There is a washer and dryer hidden from sight behind sliding doors.

The third level is the loft master suite over the living area. The spacious multipurpose sleeping area will suit any family size! The loft features a king size bed, two twin beds, and a murphy bed! A super large walk in closet, additional closets, wall mounted TV, and ensuite.

This beachfront home will accommodate a total of 10-12 guests.

This property is joined to a second duplex, that can be used for a second rental for family and friends, or you may be joined with new guests lazing around the pool and spa. The deck is wrapped around the complete length of the two duplexes, but privacy has been included in the design.
The duplex has its own private double car garage with plenty of space for storage.

Redington Shores is a small beach community 1 mile north of Famous John's Pass Village, where there are many restaurants/shops. Nearby: Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, aquarium. Orlando is a day trip.

If booking within 6 weeks of rental then payment is due in full.

After finalizing your reservation, please make sure to call our office so we can send you a rental agreement and credit card authorization form for you to fill out. 

To book the property, there is a non-refundable down payment of $1000 to reserve the dates + the property protection fee. This down payment is taken via credit card and will count towards your balance. This $1000 down payment must be received within 24 hours of the lease date. 

Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival  via personal check, certified funds or bank transfer. (For last minute reservations the balance due date will be modified, please check your payment reminder email for more information)

You can fax the reservation documents to 800.691.8683 or email them back to us.

We must receive the reservation documents within 3 days of the day you made the reservation.
