A 4-bedroom/3-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation home that sleeps up to 10 guests.

This beachfront home is a beautifully restored, historic beach cottage. It is tastefully furnished and appointed with every modern amenity. Relax under the beachfront cabana. Swim in the saltwater beachfront pool. Walk down to the sand and hunt for seashells or grab the bikes and go tour the quaint town of Clearwater Beach. This home has everything you need to make your vacation excellent.

Our beach cottage has an open-concept main living room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beach. It provides a large living room just right for the whole group to pile into for movie night or a raucous game of charades.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area and it’s the heart of the house and perfect place to reconnect with your favorite people.

The large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar has everything you need to prepare your family’s meal. The dining area seats 6 guests.

The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of Bunk beds – perfect set up for a family.

This is your dream vacation home! The beach is literally your backyard. Step off your patio and onto the sand. Walk down the award-winning beach, rated America's Best Beach by .

The home has a beachfront pool and cabana.

Important details:
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
1 pet may be considered with a $150 pet fee + taxes.

This home is also close to all of the restaurants and amenities of Clearwater Beach. One mile north of Pier 60 and the park. 1 mile south of Caladesi Island State Park.

Awesome beach house in Clearwater. We had a group of 10 stay (4 adults and 6 kids) and we had plenty of space and just enough beds. The house being right on the beach is very rare for this part of Florida. It was close enough to walk to several restaurants and bars, yet far enough away from the busy areas in Clearwater Beach. The house was stocked with all of the cooking items needed. There was a gas grill outside that worked great.

Stayed here with the family for a week. Had a blast ! The kids loved the pool. It’s just a minute walk to the beach. It was amazing. Everything was close by, the Host provided a book full of recommendations that really helped plan our days out. Check in was easy and smooth, the place was spotless and clean. What more can you ask for ? It’s everything our family needed. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re in the area and looking for nice vacation for the family. This home gave us many memories.

Sandcastle Villa was a wonderful place to relax after doing the Disney/Universal carziness for several days. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children..5 to 7 years old.

Location was spot on...close enough to busy Clearwater downtown for activities and supplies, but far enough for the beach itself to be much less crowded. The pathway from the house to the beach was short for schlepping beach gear.

The rental has the charm of an "Old Florida" beachhouse, but with modern updates. It hit a nice balance between clean but not too fancy for beach time. Inside spaces were more roomy than the promo promos indicated.

The pool and patio area is also very well conceived. We spent almost all non-beach time in this space.

Would we rent Sandcastle Villa again in the future? In a heartbeat!

One of a few single family houses right on the beach. Great location to town. Beautiful inside and out. Pool was perfect for adults and a 4 and 6 year old. Great covered area near the opposite for sunrise and sunset sitting. Could not have been more perfect for 2 sets of grand parents and the family. Kids loved the bunk room. Beachtime rentals was great. They took care of everything. All we did was take the trash out and start the dishes When we departed.

This is a lovely little gem right on the beach. The private pool is wonderful and the patio areas are a great place morning or night. The layout was great for us. Family. Grandkids and two sets of grandparents. Room for everyone to relax. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! And Beachtime rentals is wonderful too. Sandcastle Villa is a beautiful property with an exceptional location. The commercial area is a short walk away but far enough that you're away from the traffic. Private pool, on the beach with the best sunset views and a short beach walk to Pier 60. Grocery is less than 2 miles away as well. This was likely the most relaxing vacation we've had. Highly recommend this property.

Wow is an understatement for Samdcastle Villa! The location on Clearwater Beach is so private yet steps away from Pier 60 and all types of activities . The house itself was absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. The layout of this house and decor is so tasteful that even inside you know you are on vacation. We arrived late at night and Mona made sure that the light was on for us. Mona was an absolute dream to deal with from start to finish and made all aspects of our trip so easy and relaxing. We definitely hope to be back as this may have been our best vacation yet!

We absolutely love staying at Sandcastle! The house is truly fantastic - this is our second time and we’re already planning next years visit. Spectacular light, beautifully decorated, perfectly sized, unforgettable sunsets. And Mona is an absolute dream as far as arrangements and communications, we know she’s always only a call away and we so appreciate her always checking up on us! We can’t imagine enjoying summer unless we start it at Clearwater’s Sandcastle Villa.

The house was situated in a perfect location, ON THE BEACH - away from crowds but close to parks, Pier 60 and many restaurants. The house itself is a bit older but clearly was redecorated recently and the space was very well utilized. It was very comfortable for the five of us.

We had several family and friends over the month that we stayed. The house was very comfortable for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk into town, but nice to get back to our quiet corner! The bridge was very busy due to spring break. We stayed out on the beach as much as possible to avoid the bridge traffic. Having a Publix on the beach side was a life saver. We loved our stay and would like to go back!
