If booking within 6 weeks of rental then payment is due in full.
After finalizing your reservation, please make sure to call our office so we can send you a rental agreement and credit card authorization form for you to fill out.
To book the property, there is a non-refundable down payment of $1000 to reserve the dates. This down payment is taken via credit card and will count towards your balance. This $1000 down payment must be received within 24 hours of the lease date.
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival via personal check, certified funds or bank transfer. (For last minute reservations the balance due date will be modified, please check your payment reminder email for more information)
You can fax the reservation documents to 800.691.8683 or email them back to us.
We must receive the reservation documents within 3 days of the day you made the reservation.

The condo was everything we expected. Very spacious and the balcony was great.
The condo is located very close to the elevator, making easy access to ones that may have difficulty walking distances.
The amenities are plenty I'd say perfect.
My favorite part was Mona....although never personally met her, she was so very helpful and easy to work with.
Exceptional communication, very fast to respond.
Would definitely recommend this rental and company.

This place is amazing! Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. I enjoyed all the sounds of the oceans during the whole stay. Walking distance from everything you need. My family and I will be visiting again. Thank you!

Very nice condo and location is great and loved the balcony. Pool could be Bigger for number of guests in building so large but other than that it was perfect.:)

As our family grows and the kids just aren’t kids anymore, we decided to rent this condo for our first non-hotel stay vacation. We were all blown away by the fun and comfort of the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated, without being over top. We felt very comfortable and very much at home as soon as we walked in. The bright vibrant colors and all beach motif let you know you were at the beach and having a fun time. We will definitely be back and do this again.

this was our first family vacation where we did the condo in lieu of our normal hotel stay. with the kids no longer being kids and needing their own privacy, this condo was fantastic. walking distance to everything, Beautifully decorated, and very homie. We enjoyed every minute of the time we were there, and would strongly recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a great get away.

This unit is in THE BEST location. Walking distance to everything! Beautiful views of the bay, less than 10 min walk to access the beach, covered parking, secured entrance, and contactless check-in

This place was awesome . Across the street from the beach , beautiful views , and spacious . Our host Mona was great , anything questions we had she answered them immediately . This is a great place to stay , don’t pass it up
