Experience a truly unique vacation with this one of a kind villa. With more than 2400 sq. ft. of living space, you'll have room to relax and enjoy the comforts this beach house has to offer. An open floor plan that effortlessly flows from one area into another invites you to relax and enjoy your home away from home.

This spacious home boasts 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, a game room, a kids retreat!

The first level features a covered patio with beautiful landscaping and a Giant Swim Spa.
Second level features the main living areas, the master bedroom and laundry room.

This gorgeous beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen which is ready for quick meals or for dinner parties. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top stove and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every needed utensil, kitchen appliance, crockery and glassware. This beautiful kitchen is complete with a quartz island that seats 4 guests.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area.

The dining area seats 8 guests.

Living area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, large flat screen tv and a pull out sofa.

The second floor has easy access to a balcony equipped with rocking chairs for your enjoyment.

Master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, his ’n’ hers double vanity unit, separate toilet and a walk in closet.

Third level features the second master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and the kids retreat.

We provide a ping pong table and a shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

The kids retreat awaits! Complete with a pull out couch, flat screen tv, games, playstation, books and much more. The kids retreat offers a fun space for the kids.

Second master has a comfortable Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 has two full size beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed with access to a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that offers a shower/tub combination.

All to comfortably accommodate 14 guests.

Elevator access may be available ONLY if approved and needed.

Enjoy casual outdoor dining under the covered lanai complete with a gas bbq grill as well.

The best of all is the Giant Swim Spa!!!!

Beach access:
The beach is a two minute walk. There is a beach access around the corner from this property with a dedicated crosswalk at the corner.

Pet may be considered, if approved a $135 fee + tax will apply.




COVID UPDATE

We take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed.

During March through May while our country was shut down, we experienced a significant amount of cancellations due to COVID19. We were able to offer lots of flexibility during those times. Since then, we have had to modify our cancellation terms.

We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. In the event that the Governor bans vacation rentals, you would be given the option to reschedule your vacation or accept a credit towards a future stay with no timing restrictions.
For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason")

It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions for each plan as these may cover your entire vacation.

After finalizing your reservation, please make sure to call our office so we can send you a rental agreement and credit card authorization form for you to fill out. 

To book the property, there is a non-refundable down payment of $1000 to reserve the dates. This down payment is taken via credit card and will count towards your balance. This $1000 down payment must be received within 24 hours of the lease date. 
   
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival  via personal check, certified funds or bank transfer. (For last minute reservations the balance due date will be modified, please check your payment reminder email for more information)

You can fax the reservation documents to 800.691.8683 or email them back to us.

A beautiful and very comfortable space and nicely decorated. The place was equipped with everything. The game room and the large spa were awesome. The walk to the beach was exactly a 2 minutes walk, right around the corner. Short drive to many places for a night out to eat or shopping. Overall we had a great time and was sad to leave. I would most definitely return back.

This property is amazing. Very clean, very nice a perfect location for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Good location to great restaurants and the beach and the beach was great and not crowded at all. Perfect vacation especially during this crazy pandemic. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. Definitely will be back to this property. One of our favorite vacations!!

What a wonderful place!! So close to the beach! 5 min walk! Loved the jacuzzi downstairs and really enjoyed the game room! Had some family come for a night and everyone was really impressed with how spacious it as! The little plaroom upstairs was wonderful! Had a great stay! Would def go back!

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for a short family visit in Feb. 2020. It is a wonderful unit, very spacious, beautifully appointed and decorated. We have been renting vacation units for many years now, and I have to say it was one of the best ones ever. Very clean, completely equipped (they have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need!!), the website pictures don't do the unit justice.. it has a gorgeous interior, kitchen and great room are very spacious, great for larger groups. very clean modern appliances. the bathrooms are all beautiful (the master ensuite is WOW). very nice games room in lower level, and great covered outside sitting area... with the biggest hot tub Ive ever seen!. we were literally less than 5 min walk to the beach, just around the corner and you are right at a public beach access... perfect beach for morning and evening strolls. they have lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys… perfect for families! our only complaint with this unit is that we weren't there long enough! it really was that nice! we VERY highly recommend booking this unit! And the folks at beachtime Rentals were fantastic to deal with, Mona was so pleasant and helpful getting us booked in, she gave great info on the unit and area. our trip contact Heidi was wonderful before and during our stay, she even called me the day before our trip to make sure I understood all our arrival info, and helped with arranging everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much folks, we will not hesitate for a second to book through your company for our next visit!!
