Welcome to Sea Shell Beach Cottage!

Tucked away in the beautiful beach town of Indian Rocks Beach, this cottage is a short 4 minute walk to the beach.

Our Sea Shell Beach Cottage will give you the relaxing vacation you deserve where you can lounge all day in the brand new oversized pool and spa.

This beautiful cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Once you step inside our home, you will find an open floor plan with comfortable bedrooms, renovated bathrooms and beautiful and open kitchen.

Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space.

This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen with a large island that seats 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a family meal. The island is the center of the kitchen and creates a place for everyone to gather and socialize.

The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats an additional 6 guests.

Living area features a pull out sofa, two accent chairs and a smart, flat screen tv.

A few touches like barn doors, shiplap, kids bedroom and much more make this beach house special!

First bedroom features a King size bed, second bedroom features 2 twin beds (can be pushed together to make a King), third bedroom features a King size bed and fourth bedroom features 2 full size beds with a private bathroom, second bathroom is located in a hallway near the other 3 bedrooms. Every bedroom has a smart flat screen tv and the twin bedroom features a Playstation 4!

This property features an oversized and attractive pool area (Custom pool built in March 2019). The pool area features 9 loungers, beautiful palm trees, outdoor seating and lounging, bbq grill and outdoor dining tables. This is a perfect area for entertaining or simply relaxing.

Pool has an oversized hot tub and a beach entrance!

Imagine yourself lounging in the pool all day and taking a stroll on the beach to watch the sunset!

This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as its tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You will be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. Beach is just two blocks away.

Pool can be heated between Oct - April at $35 per night + taxes.
Giant Spa can be heated at $15 per night + taxes.
Pets considered for $150 pet fee + taxes.

If booking within 6 weeks of rental then payment is due in full.

After finalizing your reservation, please make sure to call our office so we can send you a rental agreement and credit card authorization form for you to fill out. 

To book the property, there is a non-refundable down payment of $1000 to reserve the dates. This down payment is taken via credit card and will count towards your balance. This $1000 down payment must be received within 24 hours of the lease date. 
   
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival  via personal check, certified funds or bank transfer. (For last minute reservations the balance due date will be modified, please check your payment reminder email for more information)

You can fax the reservation documents to 800.691.8683 or email them back to us.

We must receive the reservation documents within 3 days of the day you made the reservation.
