This immaculate 3-bedroom condo offers the ultimate coastal living experience, showcasing breathtaking Gulf views and a recent renovation that will wow you!

As you step into this beautifully appointed condo, you'll immediately notice the spacious and open layout. The heart of the home is the large kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and a convenient office space. It's the perfect hub for preparing meals, catching up on work, or simply savoring morning coffee while gazing out at the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Adjacent to the kitchen we have the living and dining area. The dining area seats 8 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 4 guests.

One of the true highlights of this property is the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're enjoying a meal in the kitchen, relaxing in the living area, or unwinding in your primary bedroom, you'll be treated to panoramic vistas that capture the essence of coastal living.

The living area has leather couches that face the gulf, tv and access to the beachfront balcony. The balcony is Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, or watching the sunset, this balcony provides a front-row seat to the Gulf's beauty.

This condo features three generously sized bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for your family or guests. The two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy.

Our Beach Happy condo accommodates a total of 8-10 guests.

The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, large windows with a great view of the beach and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is large and recently updated, it has a tub and a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with the bottoms as fulls and the top as twins.

The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.

The condo building offers a refreshing pool, providing the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach or simply soak up the Florida sun. It's a wonderful addition to your beachfront lifestyle.

Nestled in the charming community of Belleair Beach, you'll enjoy the tranquility of a beachfront setting while being just minutes away from the vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options of the surrounding area.

- There is 1 assigned parking space and there are guests spaces as first come first serve

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Overall

We had a wonderful time. Our host was accommodating and responsive. The unit is right on the beach and steps away from the pool. It gave us the best of both worlds. The bathroom in the main bedroom as well as the kitchen is large and spacious. Plenty of room to move around in the entire unit. The views from the master bedroom and the living room are postcard worthy. In the evenings we would get ready and go out to dinner at one of the many great restaurants the area has to offer. There is plenty to explore in the area. Very private and we were left to ourselves. I would definitely book again.
