Can we have an early check-in?

To ensure the property is properly cleaned, inspected and prepared for you, the check-in time is 4PM. Housekeeping must have adequate time to clean the entire property, along with addressing any maintenance concerns, if applicable. We will do our best to meet your request if the property is ready before 4PM. A lot of times if the house has been inspected and is ready you can check in early. Your assigned check-in manager will notify as soon as it's ready to check in.

Can we have a late check-out?

Check out time is 10AM. The property may have another guest arriving the same day, so housekeeping arrives promptly at 10AM. They must have adequate time to clean the entire property, along with addressing any maintenance concerns, if applicable.

What is the minimum age requirement to book one of your vacation rentals?

The age requirement for our properties is that the majority of the group must be at least 25 years old.

Are all properties non-smoking?

Yes, all properties are non-smoking.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

We know that your fur babies are part of your family and while we would love to welcome them, some of our properties are dog friendly and others are not. Each property description indicates if pets are allowed and the required pet fee of $150 + tax. The weight limit is 25 lbs. or less.

Are pets allowed on the beach? 

Most beaches do not allow pets. There are a few and we ask that you please call the city and inquire as each city has different rules on pets. 

Are properties with pools heated?

We offer all our pools to be heated during the months of November-April. The cost to have the pool heated during your stay is $35/day + tax for most and is up to the discretion of each guest if they would like this added to their booking. The pool heat will be set at 85 degrees, however we cannot guarantee that it will reach optimum temperature due to overnight temps.

Is alcohol allowed on the beach? 

Alcohol is NOT allowed on the beach and the police could issue a citation if they find you with alcohol anywhere along the beaches. 

Is there a grocery delivery service? 

Yes! Our local Publix delivers as well as Instacart and Shipt. We encourage you to place the order the day of check in and ensure it arrives after 4PM. 

What is provided in each vacation rental property?

We provide all the necessary amenities that you would experience in the comforts of home. This includes: WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, all linens/towels for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchens are fully stocked with tableware and glassware, utensils, pots and pans and a coffee maker. We provide starter kits to get you through the first few days, such as toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We also provide beach towels.

How do I know if a vacation rental is on the beach?

We provide a full description and location for each property to help make it easier when you are planning your dream vacation getaway. The address is also listed on the rental agreement. You are also welcome to call our office or send an email to get an exact address once you have reserved. 

What is your cancellation policy?

At the time of booking, a nonrefundable down payment is due to secure the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Once you are paid in full, the money becomes nonrefundable, unless we rebook the dates, then there may be a partial refund on the balance. We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance with Generali.

What if I have a credit from a prior booking?

A credit can be applied to a new booking within 24 months. Contact our office so a staff member can assist you with this once the new booking is reserved.

How much parking is available for my rental?

We have this information that is provided to you with our check in information, so you can plan accordingly. All properties have different parking maximums or requirements.

Do you provide beach gear, baby equipment or water sport rentals?

Some of our guests leave behind items such as beach gear for next guests to use. This inventory is alway changing. We know a rental company that provides a wide array of beach equipment, all-ages games, workout equipment, non-motorized water sports equipment and baby equipment. What if there is a Hurricane?

In the event there is a mandatory evacuation ordered by local authorities due to a tropical storm or hurricane, we will refund for the nights that the order is in place. We highly recommend all our guests purchase travel insurance with Generali.

Do you allow weddings or events at the property?

We know that our properties sit on or near some of the Top 10 beaches in the country. Frequently, we get requests from guests to host events during their stay. Our properties don't allow for events to be held on the property at this time.

Do you accept different forms of payment to secure a vacation rental?

Yes, we accept a variety of forms of payment to secure one of our properties. The downpayment is always secured via credit card. Final balance can be paid via Credit Card, Personal Check, Bank Transfer, E-Check, or Venmo. 

Do you give out recommendations for major attractions, such as restaurants, bars, water excursions, things to do/see, shopping, etc.?

Yes, we are happy to provide some insight to all of these requests and we have an extensive list of Destinations and Things to Do, right here on our website.

What can I expect prior to my arrival at one of your vacation rental properties?

You will be assigned to a check-in manager and they will reach out to you the week of your arrival for check-in. If we have your email on file, you will receive an invite to download the check in app, where it lists all the pertinent information that is necessary for you to learn about the property to start your dream vacation getaway. All of our properties have keyless entry and your check-in manager will provide this to you the day of arrival. 

What if there’s a problem that we encounter during our stay at your property?

While we hope that we have taken care of everything prior to your arrival, we know that instances arise that can be unforeseen. Your check-in manager will provide their direct mobile number so that you can make contact in the event of an occurrence or emergency. They will take care of the matter as promptly as they can to make sure that guests have prompt service during their stay with us.
