Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first-floor oceanfront condo!

This gulf front condo is great for couples and families and offers the ability for you to walk out to the patio right to the beach, the shared pool or to use the onsite grill to cook up a meal. The beautiful landscaping brings in a nice breeze from the Gulf to enjoy anytime during your stay.

Once you first enter the condo, you're greeted by the beautiful tile flooring, coastal décor, open floor plan, and gorgeous views.

The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that accommodates 6 guests with extra seating all around. If you want to cook up a gourmet meal or have a simple snack throughout the day, it meets all the needs for either one.

The living room has a large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, oceanfront patio access, and offers a nice walk to the pool and beach front access.

The primary bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. Hallway bath has been updated and beautiful features with a tub/shower combo. All of this comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests for restful nights.

The covered patio has an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a great place to sit and listen to the sounds of the ocean. This spot is so comfortable to relax and enjoy the day.

The condo offers WiFi and cable TV, a washer and dryer and many more amenities while you stay.

Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We just returned from a 4 week stay at ALDEA, Unit 13. This was an absolutely beautiful setting with direct beach and pool access and beautiful sunsets visible from the patio. The condo itself was newly updated, with tasteful beachy decor, comfortable furniture and well appointed kitchen, including Bosch appliances. The pool and pool area were completely renovated over the winter with all new pavers and tiles. Plenty of lounge chairs were available.

A few minor issues with the property, but the management company was super responsive and helpful, while the unit (at which we've stayed twice previously) is wonderfully located and a fantastic place to stay.
