The lower level offers a bedroom with a Tempurpedic Queen-size bed, a sofa, flat screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom that has walk in shower.

Our comfortable living room has a large 75’’tv, a sofa with a love seat and dining table seats up to 6 guests.

The living room offers gorgeous gulf views from your private balcony.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything needed for your home cooked meal.

There is a spiral staircase that will lead you to the primary bedroom featuring a Tempur-pedic Queen size bed with a 65’’ tv, wall mounted fireplace, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and best of all – a spacious deck perfect for your margarita while enjoying the sunset!

The deck has a high top table for 4 guests and 2 chaises, perfect for lounging.

This property has been professionally decorated with top notch finishes.

This property is totally updated and comes complete with everything and anything you can think of.

The balcony has a spiral staircase that leads to the community grouds, beach and pool.

We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This property was in pristine condition and the distance to a near empty beach made this the perfect location to celebrate our 10th anniversary! Comfort was found throughout the entire condo. The only slightly negative comment was the height of the beds. Overall the condo, beach and location kept us and our 16 and 13 year old entertained and relaxed all week. Thank you!

Great location with super easy access to the pool and beach. The place had everything we could need and Alex, the owner, was amazing to work with. The beach location was perfect as we didn’t want to be around any heavily populated hotels or high rise condos. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with a million dollar view this is it!

This is a fantastic condo directly on a quiet and beautiful beach. Paradise indeed in every way. Every room is beautifully decorated, high end, and the 2 bedroom arrangement guarantees privacy and luxury for guests. The sunset views from the very private upper deck are spectacular. This condo was beyond clean... so welcoming.... and the owners could not have been nicer, more accommodating, basically, the penultimate premier hosts! Truly, our Belleair Beach vacation has exceeded all expectations and we look forward to our return. Thank you so much!

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and well-appointed. The beds were so comfortable. Beach access was incredibly convenient, and the sunsets were spectacular. After spending time on the beautiful, clean beach, we’d rinse off and relax by the pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous beach home! It’s by far our favorite place we’ve stayed and we come to this area frequently. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We will be staying here again!

We really haven't been to this area before so we lucked into a condo on Belleair Beach. There are numerous large homes and a limited number of condos (no true high rises) on a long stretch of beautiful beach. While there are limited businesses nearby, you can find food and activities a short drive away. We've never spent so much time in the ocean and pool - both were amazingly warm and enjoyable. This was without question the best stocked VRBO property we have ever rented - unbelievable all of the supplies and kitchen equipment provided. There was even a gadget drawer with batteries, chip clips, etc. Definitely recommend this locationand this condo!!
