Aldea 5 is an intimate, quiet property located directly on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. You don't want to pass this condo up if you want rest and relaxation all while taking in all the amenities this community has to offer.

This property is a Belleair Beach landmark and features a shared pool and easy beach access.

This unique three bedroom, two bath condo is a ground floor unit enabling you to easily walk out to the pool and the beach.

This beachfront unit is 1200sf condo, that features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The unit accommodates a total of 6 guests.

Best part of this beautiful condo are the views, you can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the primary bedroom.

The living area is comfortable and has sliders that lead you to the sand. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and the kitchen boasts a fully equipped inventory of cookware, dinnerware and gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple one anytime.

Come relax in comfort and enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from our Sterling Sands condo.

Important details:
No pets are allowed.
Pool is heated in the cooler months.
This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Our family of four stayed for 7 days and had the best beach vacation of all time. Beautiful home 20 steps from beautiful clear beach water and we were so thankful for our time! We stayed during Hurricane Idalia and despite the hurricane and evacuation the trip was incredible and the hurricane had zero affect on our experience (minus losing two days but we made up for it)! Can’t wait to come back and spend more quality time unwinding at this beautiful place!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was exactly as described and was located on a gorgeous stretch of beach that wasn’t very crowded. The property is well maintained inside and out and met our needs. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and seeing the sunset every night. Located close to many things that were easy to get to.

We absolutely loved this condo. The access to the beach was so awesome. We also enjoyed having the pool. Perfect location right between Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. Definitely recommend this rental.

We love staying at this condo. We have been staying at the Aldea for the last 10 years or so. The new updates to the flooring and the kitchen are so nice! The place is always clean! The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet far enough away from being too busy. We are already awaiting our confirmation for next year!

My family has vacationed here for 3 decades and we booked for next year again, of course. We appreciated the nice beach chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The only request is for the king and queen bed mattresses to be replaced/upgraded before next April.

This is the perfect location for a vacation stay. Wake up to a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico that is steps away from your door. The living room has comfortable furniture and a nice size TV. Bedrooms are all nice size with plenty of room to store your clothes. It is apparent the owner is putting money into this place to keep it nice for for everyone to enjoy.
