We are so excited to offer this bright, beautiful and charming beach cottage with an incredible location.

This freshly decorated property, complete with new furnishings and coastal décor, and all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay away from home.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing trip to the beach. This two bedroom home is completely ground floor and comfortable for up to 6 guests.

Coastal decor and beautiful finishes make this cottage one of a kind in the area. The property has a wonderful private feel to it with easy beach access.

The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The living area features a Sleeper sofa. The tub/shower combo bathroom also has a washer and dryer.

The cute surfboard dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen bar will seat an additional 2 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your family meal.

This beach cottage will allow you to experience the local beach lifestyle – away from high rises and hotels.

You will be wowed by the incredible location Canary Beach Cottage has to offer. Located in a unique beach community called Piney Nook. The beach community is composed of 6 beach cottages. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Natural light and welcoming features dominate the interior of this inviting cottage away from home.

This property is a 5 minute drive to the Splash Harbour Water Park.

Important Notes:
Max of 1 vehicle – parking spot is at the entrance of the beach community.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This unique cottage is a comfortable base to pursue any and all vacation endeavors. Located conveniently bewtween St. Pete's and Clearwater Beach, you are either a short walk or drive to a range of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Or simply walk to the beach (only steps away) and watch the world pass by. The property manager is very attentive and will provide a nice overview of usefull tips to eliminate any stress about how to get around and where to find key resources.

The beach was calm and peaceful- not over crowded. Beach Cottage was decorated cute and it was nice to have stuff other families left - beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, first aide kit etc. Outside shower was great. Host was very nice and had great communication, especially days prior to arrival.

Nice Bungalow just off the road. Indoors was what my wife and I needed for comfort. They had a 1980s vintage video game that was fun. The beach was great for walking. If we return to the area, we'll stay again.

we loved the location - so nice to be so close to a beautiful beach! The cottage was decorated and outfitted very nicely - had everything we needed. Very beachy and the retro aqua appliances were cute! We LOVED the video game! we are in our mid 60's so those games brought back a LOT of memories! we mostly played Galaga - my husband got the 2nd and 5th high scores! HAHA. The bed in the room with the video game was SO comfy - i loved it. Thank you!

This was the perfect little cottage for a quick family getaway. The house was conveniently located, close to the beach, and the perfect size for the three of us. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and available washer/dryer in the bathroom. The house had a cute beachy theme and my husband and son loved the arcade game.

Canary Cottage was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was so clean and the location was very convenient. Our son loved being able to walk across the street for ice cream, and I loved being just steps from the beach. We also appreciated how well the house was stocked, the beachy decorations, and the washer/dryer combo located in the bathroom. The boys loved the arcade game in the bedroom and had many tournaments during short pop up storms. Canary Cottage was the perfect size for just the three of us. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really liked the cottage. If grilling were allowed I’m sure we would stay here time and again. Having the pac man tournaments nightly between adults was amazing. Took us back to our childhood.

The Canary Cottage was very nice for the four of us. Decorated very cute, it had a well equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and is just steps to a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets. It felt very safe and secure. We loved to sit on the bench on the front porch. The owner even dropped off a bottle of wine with recommendations on where to play pickle ball and other helpful suggestions.

We had great time staying in the cottage. Very clean, comfortable beds, attentive owner, well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, washer and dryer in the unit and cool vintage game console provided entertainment for kids on rainy day. I absolutely recommend staying there and would definitely consider renting again!

This cottage was absolutely adorable! The check in process was super easy literally just a text message and show up.. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway, just steps to the beach, a short driving distance to so many restaurants and a 12 min walk to put put golf. I would def recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing weekend getaway!

Canary Beach Cottage is just as or even better than the photos. Every detail was charming. The beds were so comfy, even the pull out sofa. Our stay was fantastic being just steps to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and loungers were available for our use. The parking spots were perfect and it was nice visiting with guests in the other cottages. The area was very safe and if you don’t have a car, the trolley and buses pass by every 1/2 hour to take you shopping , dining or just for an adventure. I highly recommend a visit and stay. I am sure you will be comfy and feel right at home. It will definitely be on my list again.

Thanks to Beach Time Rentals and the owners of Canary Cottage for a great place to stay. We stayed for 2 weeks on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd. Less than 1 minute walk to the sand and no crossing Gulf Blvd!! Nobody living on top or on the side means no neighbor noise!! In unit laundry was awesome. I'd buy the place if they were selling!! Stay here. You won't regret it. The entire staff of Beach Time Rentals were/are superb. Thanks to Heidi, Joanie, Mona, Bill and Jonathan!! See you guys soon. Thanks- Chuck & Amy.

This bungalow is beautifully appointed. Furniture is just perfect for a beach vibe vacation. The foam mattress was very comfortable. The Ms. PAC-MAN game is awesome-brings back memories!!!!
The wifi kept going out for the first few days. That was very frustrating. The modem and router were replaced, and it worked fine following that.

Will stay here again!!!

This cottage is in a great location really close to shops, restaurants, etc (literally across the street!). You can be in Clearwater in 20 min if there is something there that you want, while the laid back atmosphere of Indian shores is perfect for the beach. The beach felt completely private too which is great and literally steps away. I’m not sure if it would be more crowded during another part of the summer. It was so convenient with small children to be able to walk back and forth to the beach so quickly. Check-in was great. The property manager was super communicative. The only issue was that we were told that there was a grill on the property, only to find that the PM said the fire Marshall changed the rules and there can’t be any grills. The house was very clean. The kitchen had more necessities than any other air bnb that I’ve stayed. We cooked many meals at the house. It is decorated really cute, and the washer and dryer was convenient. Highly suggest this cottage for your stay!

Well we definitely didn’t want to leave! The place was perfect a little cozy but I knew that we are a family of 5! 2 adults, a 16 yr old, a 12 yr old and a 1 year old. We definitely want to book this cottage again next year! Right near the beach, which was perfect with teenagers & baby, we could go to the beach early and let the older kids sleep in then come back for the babies nap with out having to cart a bunch of stuff back and forth! Quite which is what I wanted for this vacation. Honestly wish we were still there!

Wonderful cottage in a great location and only steps from the beach. It is only a few miles away from Clearwater Beach as well. Everything was very clean and we loved the decorations. Our family had such a great time. We are looking forward to returning at some point!

The cutest little Beach cottage, it was extremely clean and decorated so cute! The space was perfect for our family, they really maximized the space and had everything we needed to cook fantastic meals. Absolutely perfect location, Indian Shores beach is beautiful, so peaceful, wonderful locals and great fellow vacationers. We loved the old school arcade game in the bedroom. Easy checkin and nice communication. Only suggestion is curtains for the bedroom, the early sunrise made it difficult to sleep in and impossible to nap. Next time we stay in Indian Shores we will definitely look for availability here!
