One of the highlights of this property is the dedicated kids wing, designed to cater to the younger members of your party. It features a private bath and two bunk beds (one being a trundle), comfortably accommodating up to 5 kids. Additionally, a small game room within the kids wing ensures endless entertainment and fun activities for the little ones.

As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by breathtaking water views that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Imagine enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features a convenient counter that seats 3 guests, allowing for casual conversations while meals are being prepared.

For formal dining, the spacious dining area boasts a built-in bench that comfortably seats 6 guests. Gather around the table for memorable meals and lively conversations with your loved ones.

Located in a peaceful residential area, our property offers a tranquil setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, you're just a short 9-minute walk, spanning 3 blocks, from the beautiful beach. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr.
No boats are allowed to dock at this property.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. PLENTY of plates and bowls. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The backyard views with the pool & inlet were dreamy. We had a group of 8 girls that had plenty of room inside. Julian was very responsive— A+ communication.

Our indian rocks vacation was 5 stars! We booked this house last minute and it turned out to be a gem. Everything is new and clean. Quick check in. The back yard was really nice and the pool was clean and a lot of fun .

We stayed in this property with our neighbors (total 4 adults and 4 kids) and it was wonderful. The house is spacious and really it fit all of our needs. We were able to cook dinner every night and use the pool daily. The house was clean and the check in person was great to deal with.

We loved every minute of it! This was a great house. Our kids really enjoyed the game console and of course the adults loved the living area with the views and everyone really enjoyed the pool. The breeze in the back was awesome. The location is great as we were able to walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. beautiful beaches that were walking distance and the pool at the house on the water for the lazy days. Also great local restaurants 5mins from the house.
