This beautiful waterfront vacation rental features incredible water views from every floor and two of the bedrooms have private balconies facing the water.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept layout that allows your family to stay connected while still having plenty of room to unwind. This spacious retreat spans a generous 5,000 square feet, ensuring that every guest has the space they need to relax and rejuvenate.

Ground floor: The ground floor of this coastal home is a haven of entertainment and relaxation. It features a one-car garage for your convenience and an air-conditioned game room that is nothing short of spectacular. With ample comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, a dining set, and a ping pong table, this space invites hours of laughter and bonding.

But the true highlight of the ground floor is the seamless transition from the game room to the brand-new pool and spa, set amidst a lush backyard oasis. Here, you can soak up the Florida sun, take refreshing dips in the pool, or unwind in the spa, all while being surrounded by the beauty of the waterfront.

Second floor: You will find an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen with a large center island that has seating for 4. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and features stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks and plenty of counter spaces to prep your favorite meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen, we have the dining area that seats an additional 8 guests, the dining table faces large windows where you can enjoy the water views over a family meal.

The living area is large and open with high vaulted ceilings. Comfortable seating, large tv and also water views from the private balcony. There is a half bath and laundry area near the kitchen. The laundry area has access to stairs leading down to garage and game room.

The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. First bedroom has a day bed. Second bedroom has a king size bed with access to another waterfront balcony. The hallway bath has a shower/tub combo.

Third floor: The third floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Third bedroom has a Queen size bed. Fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private balcony facing the water. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Primary suite features a King size bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate garden tub. This suite has a private balcony facing the water. From the balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunset.

Third floor has a great reading nook with open views to the main level.

The backyard oasis features a new pool with spa.

For the angler in your group, our property also offers a dock, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. Cast your line and reel in the catch of the day as you soak in the tranquil waterside atmosphere. Please note that the dock is exclusively designated for fishing activities.

We are just a quick 15 minute walk to the beautiful sand.
