Description

Our East Shore Cottage No. 480 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a King bed, the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and each have a Queen bed. In the Living room is a Sleeper sofa. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom on the 2nd floor has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our vacation property is located in a central area within walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We were very impressed with this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath updated cottage! Loved having the backyard outdoor space with patio table and grill and our own laundry area was very convenient! We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use. Very nice and would love to stay here again.

Easy booking and check in/out. Modern, comfortable unit with plenty of space and was clean, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. House had everything we needed and what we ran out of was a quick walk to 24 hour store. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect and the host was very responsive and informative. Can’t beat this price for an entire house only a few minutes walk to the beach. Will definitely be booking with them in the future!

Great place and close to everything. Did not need to use the car at all. Everything is within walking distance. The place fit my family well (Party of 6). Save surrounding, and place is well maintaned. Need some beach equipments like chairs and umbrella as the one they are are very rusty and need to be changed. House rules are very flixable comparing to other houses I stayed it. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and we did not face any major issues. Thanks

Easy walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room in the living room for the whole family to comfortably gather, the washer/dryer was awesome, and we were pleasantly surprised by the provided beach towels & gear! Beach Time Rentals was very helpful, quickly responded to all questions, and check-in was simple. Thanks for providing a great property for a memorable family vacation!

updated and very nice inside. super close walk to all restaurants, bars and beach. kitchen was fully stocked if you would like to cook, we ate out the whole trip.but for others if needed. would definitely stay here again.
