From your spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom via floor-to-ceiling sliders. Watch for enchanting dolphins splashing around in the Harbor, creating some of the unforgettable moments of your stay. While enjoying your private piece of paradise, make sure to take advantage of the grill for cooking and dining alfresco.

This family friendly condo offers a full kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bonus seating at the breakfast bar. Dine together at the table fit for six before retiring to the comfortable living room to enjoy a group movie night on the large flatscreen smart TV.

Our waterfront condo is located on the 4th floor featuring 1800 sq ft and accommodating 10 lucky guests.

Our bed layout offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway that the other two bedrooms share.

This unit was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs in each room, patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony, and so much more!

Harborview Grande is a newer condominium with elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and is just steps away from South Clearwater Beach. This property is located facing the canal/on the Intercoastal and is only a 3 minute walk to the sand. This pedestrian-friendly beach community offers everything from beach combing to water sports to food and live music.

Fun-loving Clearwater Beach, often referred to as the "Best Beach Town in Florida," is where sun-seekers come to stay and play. This area is kid-friendly with mini golf, the beach, ice cream, and many fun activities all within walking distance. It offers a variety of delicious restaurants, upbeat bars, live music, and shopping, contributing to the overall energetic vibe of this area. The pedestrian-friendly Beach Promenade runs the entire length of the beach, acting as a sort of linear Central Park. Clearwater Beach comes alive year-round with activities and festivals. Clearwater Marine Aquarium - movie site of A Dolphins Tale - and Pier 60 with nightly sunset celebrations. Everything is at your fingertips here in Clearwater Beach, the only thing you will be missing is the time to do it all!

Activities within walking distance include Captain Bligh’s Putt-Putt Golf, Pier 60 Clearwater Beach Marina, Captain Nemo’s Pirate Cruise, Chute Em Up Parasail, jet ski rentals, and dolphin encounters.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

The condo was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Watching the dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee on the balcony was so relaxing and peaceful. This property is quiet and away from the hustle of the main beach. But, there are plenty of things to do nearby and an easy walk to the gulf. The condo is decorated beautifully, with all the amenities you could want. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place on the beach, this is it.

This was by far the BEST vacation rental that I have ever stayed in! The layout was spacious, the home was immaculate, the location and view were excellent. The home was well equipt with kitchen supplies, spices, coffee filters, dish detergent and toilet paper. They even supplies washing machine detergent to launder the beach towels! The beach accessories, chairs, coolers, beach wagon, amazing! We would definitely stay here again. The only disappointment was the size of the pool. It is very small as is the area to enjoy it.

Beautiful well appointed condo with tastefully done interiors and perfectly located in Clearwater beach. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We were 5 in our group and the space was more that sufficient for everyone to sprawl out. Great water's edge view of the marina and a short walk to the beach and its attractions made this an ideal base for us during our stay here. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the home functioned as expected. Thanks to the owners for sharing this home with tourists to the area !

Check in and communication was easy and accurate. The condo was very clean and spacious. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked, including beach equipment, towels, kitchen items,etc. We parked the car and walked or took the Jolly Trolley everywhere, with a convenient trolley stop right outside. The balcony was where we spent most of our time when we were not out exploring. Great views of the canal and nice patio seating. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 6 of us who stayed in 404 last week. There was plenty of space for all of us, including a master bedroom with a private & spacious bath. The home was very clean and well taken care of. There is a balcony that spans the main living area and master bedroom and provides great views of the water. There are plenty of things to do. We took a boat ride out of nearby Tarpon Springs, and we visited an aquarium in Tampa on a rainy day. Very nice accommodations!
