BTR #2145. This beach duplex offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and contemporary living. With its prime location near the beach, this is the perfect retreat for your vacation.

Our Island Bliss property is composed of 2 units: a 2 bedroom unit and a 3 bedroom unit, a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 11-12 guests.

The front of the property has a 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit that accommodates a total of 6 guests. This unit is spacious and has a large living room with an extra large sectional sofa. This unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island that has extra seating.

The first bedroom has a full size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower.

The 2 bedroom unit located in the back of the property accommodates 5 guests and has 1 full bathroom (walk in shower) . The first bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom also has a full size bed. The living area has a sofa bed. This property offers a full kitchenette with counter seating for 4 guests.

The laundry room is shared by both units.

Crabby Bill’s is just a few minutes away and often has live music entertainment outside on the patio! Café de Paris Bakery features crepes and coffee and is a great place to visit in the morning for breakfast. You are a short 2-minute walk to the beach on 15th Ave – just cross Gulf Blvd and that’s it!

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
