*This property did not suffer any damage from the hurricane and is ready for your stay!

As you step into this spacious beach retreat, you'll feel instantly at home as this living space is decorated with soothing beach colors and unique works of coastal-themed art throughout.

The home has been totally updated! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for 4 guests.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and features a sofa and accent chair and Smart TV.

Right outside the living room is a porch with seating for everyone where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV and share a full bathroom featuring a shower.

The location is steps from the sand, a short walk to restaurants like Frenchy's, Palm Pavilion, ClearSky and many more.
You are also close to bars, shops and outdoor water experiences. This house is in front of a cottage that can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that’s shared is the laundry room.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit, we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.

* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.

* This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We went for a family summer vacation before school starts with our 6- and 13-year-old kids. The beach is literally right out your doorsteps and is easy to get anywhere on the island walking. The Reefer Social Club next door was busy, but we didn't hear any noise. The outdoor patio was really nice to have and honestly a great place to dry bathing suits and beach stuff after the day at the beach

The place is as pictured and cozy. There are tv’s in each bedroom which is nice. The host was very responsive and called before and after to check in to make sure we didn’t have any questions. The location is great - you can walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The neighbors - I’m assuming the owner of the motel - are very serious about parking and honked for long periods of time at people who were not supposed to be parking there. Not very friendly but not something the host can control of course. Other than that, we had a great stay!

This is a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The unit very comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised. What was just as important was the customer service we received. We are all too quick to criticize when things go wrong and too slow to recognize when somebody goes above and beyond. The customer service we received was OUTSTANDING in every respect. We can't give enough kudos to Julian who was right there to make sure everything any issue was taken care of immediately and way beyond our expectations. Way over the top. We will stay there again when we visit Clearwater Beach.

Very short walk to the beach which was very beautiful! Very responsive hosts. Right next to an underrated bar/restaurant which worked out perfectly for late night food. Lots of other restaurant options easily within walking distance. Place was as described and would stay here again.

The rental was very nice had everything you need if you forgot anything! Great environment for the family and we loved the beach access was feet away! The manager MONA was amazing and had recommended some great local restaurants and shops that ended up amazing as well! Great place and we will be returning!

Great location. Clean and tidy. My mom and I had a wonderful stay. It is perfect for 2-3 people. The space was perfect for what we needed and is great for a getaway. The host was very responsive even late at night when we had a question. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is 2 steps away. I recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our group. It was myself, husband, 15 year old daughter and her friend. We had a car, but if you plan to stay on the island, you wouldn't even need one. We were in walking distance to the beach and downtown businesses. The bar/grill next door was a great low-key hangout for my Husband an me. The front porch of the condo was a perfect place for coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay at this property again. It was cute, clean and the service was top-notch.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at the island vibes house. Everything was just as presented in the house description. The house was very clean and inviting, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals (we done minimal cooking because we chose to enjoy all the delicious restaurants and local foods), the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning reading while sipping a morning mimosa. Location was perfect, 135 steps from the porch to the sand. We are already planning our next trip to Clearwater and will definitely stay at the island vibes home again.

This is our 2nd year staying in Clearwater Beach for Spring Break. I bring my niece and her son down the 3 of us hang out on the beach for a week. I was a little concerned about the location of this home with the bar right next door...BUT IT WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL! It wasn't loud or disruptive at all. The location ended up being perfect as we could easily walk wherever we needed to go. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

This cottage was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach was perfect. Places to eat are within a short walk. The manager was great to work with. Two things that were frustrating, we had to continually go to the bedroom to reset the router, numerous times in one night. The water at the bathroom faucet just came out in a small stream.

The cottage was very cute, nicely decorated and the location was great. It is very small, particularly the bathroom, the photos are deceiving. The kitchen was infested with tiny ants. Parking was very difficult. The property manager was super nice and responded immediately to all questions.

This location is perfect for walking to the beach, which is literally like 80 steps…and all of our favorite restaurants like the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s Rockaway. The bedrooms were good sized and the shower is amazing. The porch was our favorite spot to hang out in the event. We had everything we needed in the house including beach towels. We will DEFINITELY be renting this cute cottage when we’re back in Clearwater Beach!

I booked a last-minute trip to Clearwater Beach. We couldn't of been happier with the accommodations. 90 second walk to the beach we are chairs and umbrellas are readily available at a minimum price. Convenience store across the street and local restaurants and bars in walking distance. The house was clean, updated and completely safe for three women traveling alone. Management was easily accessible and offered lots of suggestions for local eats and activities. Couldn't have been happier. We will definitely return. The only need we had was beach towels and a small cooler. We pick them up next door at the convenient store.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Island Vibes cottage! The kids loved being footsteps away from the beach. Great restaurants like ClearSky and shops are only a few blocks away. We especially enjoyed the porch in the evening hours. We will be back again very soon!

This rental is very comfortable, cute and nicely updated! Beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. Had everything we needed. Beach is just a short stroll down the street and can even see it from the patio seating area. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shops, and even next door to a bar (but not loud)! Highly recommend.
