Our Pink Flamingo is a perfect place for relaxing after a day out and about!

Truly a prime Dunedin location. This adorable home has all of the amenities you need on vacation from hot tub to washer and dryer and an incredible location.

Our Downtown Dunedin vacation rental accommodates 4 guests total with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and they share a hallway bathroom. You will feel like being at home but certainly on vacation.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with all the necessities for your vacation.

The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and lots of natural light. There is a table that seats 2 guests.

Kitchen offers stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space (no dishwasher).

There’s always more fun with a Saturday farmers market, festivals, mardi gras, highland games, craft shows, art exhibits, and weekly movies in the park!

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

I daresay I have ever felt so comfortable and relaxed on vacation. As a single female traveling alone, my surroundings are incredibly important as is communication. I received messages from the management firm that made my check-in a breeze. Helpful information was posted on the refrigerator and the wifi strength was outstanding. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood, I could walk to many, many venues and enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen at my disposal. The fenced yard was perfect for my dog and the hot tub delightful. The home was decorated beautifully and very, very clean. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Dunedin again! Highly recommend.

Pink Flamingo House was perfect for myself and my 14 yr old daughter. We had plenty of space and the decor was adorable. Private back yard area was very nice. Overall perfect.

We had a great time at the Pink Flamingo! The location is VERY convenient, in a walkable area of Dunedin. The house was comfortable and they had good beds, pillows, sheets and towels (the stuff that sometimes get skimped on)! The outdoor area was nice for relaxing and while we were there, there was very little construction noise. The Pinellas trail is a block away, and an adorable seafood place was right around the corner. Would definitely come again— Recommend highly!

When we arrived the smoke alarm was going off, so I removed it from the ceiling and turned it off. It was the disposable type and had expired. The place really made us feel like we were are at home and it felt so much better that a hotel room.

My husband and I just returned from a truly enjoyable stay at the Pink Flamingo. First of all the house is adorable . It was immaculately clean with very comfortable furnishings. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck outside in the morning listening to the birds chirping. Secondly , our hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to two minor concerns that came up. And lastly , the location in Dunedin can’t be beat. You can walk to so many restaurants , cafes and shops. Go to a few happy hours and not worry about driving! We would definitely highly recommend the Pink Flamingo to anyone!

The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere with our little dog. The house could use a little work-windows and screen door were loose and we had a scary night with a lot of wind. Our dog about lost her mind. Other than that, the house was perfect for us!

This is a very nice little house in a great location. It was very clean and well maintained. You can walk to dozens restaurants, coffee shops, or bars from there. The shuttle to Clearwater Beach is also a short walk. I would absolutely stay there again.
