Located on the third floor, With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's ample space for up to 7 lucky guests to relax and unwind. Nestled in a prime location, our beach condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beach beauty.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space designed with your comfort in mind. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for gatherings and quality time with loved ones.

One of the highlights of this condo is the private balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee while taking in the refreshing sea breeze and enjoying a partial view of the pristine beach just across.

The three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Whether you prefer a cozy twin bed or a spacious queen bed, you'll find comfortable accommodations tailored to your needs. Master bedroom has a King size bed, tv, ensuite bathroom with a shower and best of all access to the balcony with partial water views. Second bedroom has a King size bed and third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin size bed. Hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

No streets to cross to get to the sand, just hop on the boardwalk and head towards the beach and pool areas.

Our Sand Dollar rental unit is not just a place to stay; it's a place to create lasting memories. Whether you're seeking a family getaway, a fun trip with friends, or a peaceful escape by the sea, this condo offers the perfect setting for your vacation.

The condo is located at Sand Castle North in Indian Rocks Beach, comprised of 16 condos spread across five floors, the Sand Castle complex offers fun for the whole family.

Direct beach access makes it convenient to sprawl out in the sand with a towel and a good book. The complex's heated pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the sun, alongside a shared hot tub.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

The condo was very nice, roomy and accommodating. The walk to the pool and beach was just a few steps which was great. The view was amazing!! Even the parking area was great, out of the sun. Several restaurants within walking distances and local grocery stores were nearby and only required a very quick trip by car. I would rate my trip a 10/10 and would definitely consider staying at this condo again!!

This is a wonderful condo located steps from the beach. Condo was very clean with every possible amenity. Walking distance to many restaurants. Quiet property in the middle of a very busy area-we were there during spring break. Beach in front of the condo was beautiful, quiet and not very crowded. Large balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for morning coffee. Very comfortable beds and living room area.

My family and I were so lucky to find this place when our hotel in Clearwater turned out to be a disaster, this unit literally saved our winter break trip to Florida! We have two boys ages 3yrs and 4 yrs all the things that made this a great stay: You can see the water, short walk to the beach, heated pool and hot tub with bathrooms right next to the pool, laundry in-unit and a full kitchen, black out curtains in the bedroom with two beds, a bath tub and Roku tv, any one with kids knows how important all these things are - we were extremely comfortable here would definitely stay again !!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very well stocked (kitchen had everything we needed for pots/pans/dishes; pool towels provided; showers had body wash and shampoo and conditioner; some beach supplies were there). We had our 2 year old and 6 month old baby with us, and had plenty of space for us. No baby supplies were included ( as listed ), but they provided us with information for a rental supply company and helped us organize pickup. The patio/deck was really nice to have, we spent most meals out there. The pool is heated and very warm! Can't beat the proximity to the beach with private access.

The apartment had a lovely balcony with a view of the water. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless with a well-appointed kitchen. The TV had cable stations, Netfix and other streaming services. I would highly recommend.
