This adorable 1-story cottage sits right on the beach and makes it easy to enjoy the sand, surf and sun.

Su Casa is located in an ideal location! This charming beach cottage is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All it takes is to look outside your window to be reminded that you’re on vacation in paradise!

Our charming and colorful Gulf front beach house is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an additional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage is located within the courtyard near the main house. (The cottage is an annex with 2 bedrooms and shared bath and has no living room nor kitchen facilities).

Both the home and cottage sleep a total of 12 guests.

With a quaint Florida décor throughout the layout is perfect! We have the main house which offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with different living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and best of all the beach!

The main home offers a small living space which has 2 Twin captain's beds. First bedroom offers a King bed, second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that features a shower. The third bedroom has a King bed. There is a second hallway bathroom that features a shower. The cottage has a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom and a Queen bed in the fifth bedroom, these two share a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination.

The main house has 3 living spaces. The main living area has comfortable seating and a TV. The large screened in porch has been enclosed and this sunroom faces the beach. The sunroom allows you the luxury of gazing each day at beach front views and captivating sunsets. Right outside the sunroom you can walk out to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see!

The dining area seats 6 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. There is another table by the sun room that seats an additional 4 guests.

This updated 1937 beach house has high ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans throughout. Su Casa is charmingly decorated with vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach-themed items – all of this provides the warmth and feel of a true beach cottage.

The back area is wonderful, it offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a bbq grill and plenty of seating.

Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops and much more.

Note: This property allows 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway only.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This was the cutest house, so many eclectic decorations and charm. It was much larger than we expected, it fit 10 of us comfortably (4 were in the garage suite). Location was perfect, it was on a quiet side street, walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and we rode the trolley to clearwater and John’s pass easily, it was ocean front (we saw manatees and dolphins both up swimming next to people right behind our house), we spent a lot of time on the back patio playing corn hole, and in the 90° ocean water. It was filled with all the amenities we needed: Beach towels and bath towels, sand toys, beach floats, etc. We would stay here again!

I LOVE Indian rocks beach and this home with a cottage is a great option. The deck with ocean views is amazing. There’s a tiny restaurant right there on that first street that’s great which is like a 3 minute walk (order their ice cream!). Again, home was great, nice space and a ton of seats. I would stay here again, Management company is very friendly!

This was our second stay at Su Casa. The location is unbeatable - right on the beach. It is an older Florida style beach house and is decorated accordingly. There is plenty of living space and the furniture is comfortable. There are plenty of games and books. The house is very clean. Plenty of dishes and cooking pans and utensils and a nice gas grill. Beach towels are plentiful. The back deck is large with plenty of seating. Hosts are very responsive in a timely manor. We would definitely consider returning.

This place was great! The house was right on the beach and even though we stayed during the busy season, when on the back porch we felt so secluded and had a great deal of privacy. The house made us feel at home, loved the eclectic furnishings and all of the vegetation surrounding the home. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. The communication with the host was also wonderful- they sent all of the info we needed before hand and gave clear instructions for check in and check out, most notably that they take care of everything at check out… a rarity when it comes to Airbnb. The only downside would be the parking… it’s hard to travel with 10-12 guests that the house fits with only two large cars, but that’s not necessarily something they can help, it’s just how the lot is set up. It did not negatively effect our stay, but did require us to travel differently than we’d have liked. Overall, wonderful place!!

Overall we had a great expereince. The beach was literally our back yard, there was plenty of room for everyone in and outside the house, and the property manager kept in contact and even came to help me figure out thebparking situation which was really appreciated. Overall being that close to the beach is where it is at and i would highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone, especially those with little kids because of its location. We would most definitely stay in this location again. Thanks for everything.

We enjoyed this house very much. We were visiting family in the area and loved walking right out onto the beach! Watching the sunset and listening to the surf from the patio was awesome. The house was clean and well equipped. A few steps away to great Cuban sandwiches and ice cream at Kooky Coconut. We'll be back!

This was a return to Su Casa for our family, having had a family reunion here ten years ago. The house remains one of our favorites, with plenty of room for our family of 12 to spread out. It’s a very comfortable old Florida-style cottage which, as native Floridians of four generations, is just up our alley. That said, the cottage in back needs some attention. It’s very damp and musty. We, unfortunately, experienced a sudden temperature drop into the low forties and the two rooms there were bitterly cold. Management sent a space heater and we found another in a closet in the main house. We got thru it, but perhaps the heaters might have been placed there in the ready for a December rental. And to our dismay, the oven in the kitchen didn’t work; the coil was burned out. Unfortunately we didn’t discover this until Christmas Eve and there we were with a 10 lb roast and no oven. A grandson renting a condo down the road came to our rescue. Management again sent a repairman to fix the oven after Christmas. If I could make one more suggestion, it would be to place a grab bar in the showers. Always a good thing, especially for the elderly. All in all, Su Casa, despite a few glitches, was a delightful place for a large family such as ours. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and the place was immaculate. There is so much to see and do in the vicinity it is easy to see why this is such a popular place.

Son moved to Tampa last year so we decided to spend his first Christmas in Florida with him. Great time, The house was roomy and open. The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go! The beach access was perfect for morning snd evening walks. The check in and communication with the Rental property couldn’t have been easier. We didn’t use the separate house with the rooms, as there was plenty of room in the main house.

This was a great getaway for a family of 5. The home was clean and just like the pictures described and right on the beach! The only cons were the second space is not like I thought. It is basically 2 rooms next to each other. And there is apparently an insect problem in the home, in the kitchen. We had to use the spray that was under the counter. Once we sprayed they were gone, but it would have been nice to know, and the price should reflect that issue until it is corrected. Communication was great with the property manager, she gave great places for us to go since we did not have a car. We could walk right to a restaurant in front of the property. Also there is a grocery store a few minutes up the road. The beach was never crowded, clean and really nice. I would stay again.

The beach house was exactly as advertised. Older beach house on an excellent beach. Cozy interior with lots of seating and gathering places. We had 7 adults and used the dining room table and the outdoor tables for dining. Low key and comfortable lodging at a reasonable price! Win/Win! We would stay at this location again.

Location!!!! Walking out the back door right to the beach was absolutely wonderful!! The back deck is perfect! We ate most of our meals out there and watched the sun set in the evenings.. stunning!! We had never stayed so close and let me tell you....I always want to stay this close from here on. The house is in walking distance to many restaurants. Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful quaint community. The house was very clean and has lots of character. The board games were a big hit with kids and adults both. The beach towels provided and all of the hooks to hang towels and wet swimsuits on were super helpful. We loved our stay!!

This was our second stay at Su Casa. We love it. The view and easy access to the beach is just what we wanted. Speaking of the beach, it is beautiful.
The house accommodates a lot of people, but we rent it for the two of us and a couple of adult children, because we like it so much. It is well equipped for cooking but within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

Rented this property before.Overall, a good experience with the exception of;
1.Cleaning crew does a very, very poor job.
2.Exterior lawn/leaf cleanup is basically a zero.
All Steve does is blow the leaves into piles and departs 10 minutes later....I watched practically do nothing.
