We are excited to offer this 2 bedroom beach front condominium accommodating 6 guests total.

The condo boasts natural wood throughout in addition to leather furnishings with warm earthy colors that makes this a welcoming and relaxing space.
Primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and second bedroom has 2 Full beds – accommodating a total of 6 guests. Each bedroom has flat screen TVs.

This vacation property features 1350 sq ft.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dining area seats 4 guests and the living area has leather furnishing and views of the Gulf.

A popular amenity among guests is the gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, the salty sea air and a sunrise you won’t forget.

This beautiful condo is perfectly situated on Clearwater Beach and it offers breathtaking ocean views for the ultimate in a family vacation, a gathering of friends or a celebration of any kind.

You are just steps from the Gulf, take a walk on the beach and gather some sea shells or just take time to sit and relax by the ocean. All the comforts you need are here for a memorable Clearwater Beach vacation.

*Condo is on the 4th level - elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay. The location is outstanding for a family with kids. It’s quiet but yet so close to everything! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even chairs and umbrella even though it’s not provided with the rental. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is all there. Beach is right there. The host is very responsive and helpful. The view was amazing. We will for sure return! Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable.

Perfect!!! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. All the furniture was very comfortable. I wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to come back.

The condo was older but taken care of and very clean. The front bedroom was very hot, even with the box fans provided. And the master bath toilet was very sensitive. The best part of this condo is the location; you walk downstairs, out of the parking garage, and onto the beach. We enjoyed morning walks in the residential neighborhoods and walked to dinner almost every night. Perfect location... out of the hustle but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do. This is our second stay here, and we enjoyed it. And Mona was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Just wish the air conditioning worked better in the front bedroom.

Great location. Clean condo, nice amenities. Quiet safe area that is just a few blocks from restaurants, bars. Beach area clean and mainly private. Pier 60 is 3/4 mile and an easy beach or street walk. We will definitely be back!

Good sized well equipped condo with a great location. It is in need of a refresh. However the view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean more then make up for that. Mona was very helpful. I mentioned the pots and pans were old and tired. she had a new entire set delivered the next day. I hope to be back soon.

As always - we had a fantastic vacation. Mona was there with timely communication. (She’s incredible.) Condo was clean with beach towels and sand toys. We had two couples vacationing together and the condo layout is great for that. Views can’t be beat and a short walk to shops / restaurants. Hope to be back next year

Loved our stay in Clearwater! The condo was older but clean and very roomy for our family of 5 adults. The location was perfect, as it was away from all the high-rise condos/hotels. The beach wasn't as busy as other areas. We were able to take walks in the residential neighborhoods in the mornings and walk to most of the restaurants/shops/bars in the days/evenings. The condo is right on the beach, so it was very convenient. Only issues/concerns we had, was the condo smelled musty and the pots and pans provided weren't very good and no baking sheet was included, so we weren't able to cook some of the food we wanted to. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We have a very good and enjoyed the property. The property was well maintained and very clean. Access to the beach was very convenient and the view from the balcony was great. The HVAC situation is complicated. There are directions to not set the thermostat below 75 degrees which during the summer may not be comfortable for all people. The property is easy walking distance from many restaurants and bars.

Where could I start... Yeah! The location just can’t be beat north of the larger hotels and right next to all that north side of Clearwater has to offer. We were so close to everything and just far enough away from the huge crowds.
Our room was BETTER THAN WE THOUGHT!! Listen ounce your sitting on the balcony or even on the beach with you feet in the water a picture really can’t compare to coming to Clearwater beach condos. We stayed for 5 days it was just not long enough. Thanks Mona see you soon Clearwater.;)

Location, location, location!! From the evening sunsets, to the ability to walk to good food, everything about this was great. My wife retired on Jan 1 and on Jan 2 we were at the Villa. This was a delightful property inside and out. Well kept, everything was a snap, even in a COVID environment. Mona contacted us early, kept us up to speed, and arranged for a contactless delivery. She was as delightful as the property. There was painting going on in the adjacent building but it was of no impact for us. The perfect oceanfront stay!! We travel a lot and this was our 2nd stay in Clearwater in the last 6 months. We’re so impressed with this property we’ll probably return within 4 months. And we’re traveling from Maryland. The best mattress ever (other than at home) and we stay at a lot of 4 and 5 star properties. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
