Our area is quickly reopening, and we look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation!

You'll instantly be amazed with this condo from the moment you walk in the door. With 1400 sq ft and completely updated flooring throughout, a beautiful kitchen with top of the line finishes, tiled bathrooms, amazing coastal decor and much more.

In the living area we offer you to relax on the comfortable leather Sleeper sofa or one of the two accent chairs and take in the view. Or, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV.

In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4.

The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views. This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals.

When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Primary bedroom, there is a King bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is largely open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo.

This beautiful condo has been professionally decorated with quality and coastal finishes.

The balcony offers great unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The building offers a shared pool, easy beach access and grill areas.

*Condo is on 5th level - elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This condo is truly fantastic - even better than advertised. Beautiful, well appointed space, great oceanfront balcony with lots of furniture. Comfy big bedrooms, modern clean bathrooms, great kitchen with new pans - not the usual scratched up Teflon. We stayed for a week and it was spring break, the beach was so nice. Great host - very responsive. Hopefully the price to stay doesn't go up too much as we'd like to stay there again next year.

Absolutely beautiful. Conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions, shopping and dining. A nice spot on North CW Beach to escape the crowds. Condo is well equipped with everything you might need. Extra beach equipment is a major plus! This will be where we continue to go on our future trips to CWB.

Overall our rental experience was great. A couple minor bumps along the way but nothing that would prevent us from us from returning in the future. The location was primarily why we chose this unit for our vacation. Right on the beach and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean to enjoy. The unit came fully furnished along with extra amenities to use while visiting the beach( beach chairs, towels and toys). The master suite was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we had were our assigned parking spot was unavailable when we arrived so it held us up a bit from being able to get into the unit and our rental agent was unable to find the proper wifi information for us to use during our stay. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool was clean and seating and umbrellas were provided to use in that area. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as the pier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything was very clean and organized. We were very comfortable with our party of 5 staying there, plenty of room. We look forward to returning in the future. Anyone who is lucky enough to rent this until will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place. Felt cozy but not cluttered. Wonderful 5th floor view of the gulf. Everything you need is provided to get you started for the first few days. No spices for cooking was the only thing lacking. Pool was great and it took about 12 minutes to walk to all the shopping and pier area. Great quiet getaway, covered parking and a beautiful beach out front. Highly recommend.

We thought this was the ideal location and commented many times about how great it was. It is right on the beach and the fifth floor unit is perfect for sunset watching. It's an easy beach walk to Frenchys and the pier and everything you'd need. It was a wonderful home base for cooking meals and grilling poolside. It is well stocked with beach items. The furniture is comfy too. We had a truly great stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Unit A-17. The unit was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. The view from the roomy deck was amazing and the sounds of the waves rolling in were spectacular. Our 3- week stay went by so quickly that, with help from Mona with Beachside Rentals, we reserved it again for next year. Mona was a great help to us from before check in all the way through and even after our stay. We can’t say enough good things about our whole experience.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Mona was responsive and gave us plenty of tips to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The master bedroom with separate area to get ready for the day was great. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed. The beach gear was exactly what we needed to enjoy the fantastic sunny weather we were fortunate enough to have on the trip. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony was roomy and perfect to watch the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

We just enjoyed a short, but excellent, 2-night stay in unit A17. The condo was great! Clean, well kept, nicely appointed. It was better than the pictures. We were able to take advantage of several nice extras provided in the storage/laundry room during the time of our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs, a soft sided cooler, beach bags, an umbrella, and some beach and surf toys. Location was excellent! The unit is just far enough north up the beach that you can have a little lesser crowds on the beach, yet still very close to some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Communication was excellent. Parking was great. Everything was as easy as could be. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this unit for you stay on Clearwater Beach,

The oceanfront location is fantastic, close to the pier and walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks. Manager and housekeeping staff were friendly, professional and quick to respond. We were able to hear the beautiful sounds of waves kissing the shore. The condo was updated and clean, with all the conveniences of home. Toiletries were thoughtful and included some extra touches. We enjoyed staying at this Ocean View condo and highly recommend this oceanfront room with a balcony for watching the sunset or eating breakfast first thing in the morning. Our family loved this condo and we will most definitely be back.

Our family of 7 stayed here a week and thoroughly enjoyed the porch for coffee in the am and sunset vistas. It was a GREAT condo. The pool on the website doesn't look very exciting, but it was a great relief in the afternoons. We met lots of very nice travelers there. The kitchen was just right. The primary bedroom was gorgeously appointed and that shower was tops.

This condo is updated and very clean. Best part is the outstanding ocean view from the large balcony. Condo sits right on Clearwater beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Some of the pics may need to be updated, as some of the furniture is different than what is shown. But other than that, my wife, parents and 2 year old daughter couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to come back!

We loved the property and the location. Mona was great to work with. The condo had plenty of room for 5 adults. It was updated and nicely decorated. The pantry in the kitchen allowed us to keep our food off the counters and out of sight. The master bath was great with plenty of room for your stuff. The condo was very nice with plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. The pantry in the kitchen was great to store our food so we didn't have to leave it on the counter. We appreciated the make-up table and mirror in the master bedroom since we had three women in our family. Easy instructions were provided for the internet and cable access. The balcony had the best view of the beach and evening sunsets. The beach was less crowded in this area and the condo provided a couple of beach chairs and several beach towels. Many restaurants/shops were within walking distance and a Speedway was just a couple of blocks away. Additionally, Mona was so nice to work with. She answered any questions by phone/text and made the check-in process easy. We will definitely return.

The condo is beautifully appointed and newly renovated. It was a perfect size for our family of five. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect for walking to all the restaurants! The condo was very clean and I loved the washer/dryer so much I wanted to take them home:) The manager was a gem to work with as there were a few confusing things (like a hidden closet - check behind the 2nd bedroom’s door and you will find extra towels). We will definitely return!!
