Our White Dunes condo is the perfect getaway to experience the best in Indian Rocks Beach!

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a balcony, shared pool and a perfect location – literally just steps from the beach!

The Primary suite features a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin at the top and full in the bottom and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The unit sleeps a total of 5 guests total.

Living room has a large sectional Sleeper Sofa, huge flat screen TV and access to the private balcony - perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails.

The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, and cookware for handling home-cooking with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The kitchen features extra seating for 3 guests.

The dining table also seats four guests.

As beautiful as the pictures are, it's even more enticing in person.

Other features include a stackable washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and everything you need for some home-cooked meals, and WiFi throughout.

Totally updated with new flooring, updated kitchen, new furniture and modern decor! This is located on the 2nd level with a flight of stairs to gain entry. No elevator.

This updated condo at Indian Rocks Beach offers quiet coastal living and family-friendly comfort with easy beach access, just down the street.

You'll only be steps from the beach at Indian Rocks Beach.

Please note: No grills are allowed in the building.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed being within walking distance of several restaurants. Convenient beach access and a pool too! Rental company was easy to work with. I will use next year.

Nice to have 2 free parking spaces. We like to cook - kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the electric grill on the porch. View of the Gulf of American from the balcony was great and easy access to the beach. We would rent again!

The condo was bright, clean and comfortable. The management company was prompt in answering any questions I had. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. It was great having an in-unit washer/dryer. You did have to climb up one flight of stairs to get to the unit. There was a balcony with furniture and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Place has a most desirable location . However we had unit 102b that had a partial view of the ocean but with very attractive furnishings. Bed on master was very good . Parking for 2 cars . Literally steps from the beach. All in all a good place.

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and well-appointed, with the bonus of two assigned parking spots. The beds were so comfortable. Beach access was incredibly convenient, and the sunsets were spectacular. After spending time on the beautiful, clean beach, we’d rinse off and relax by the pool.

Host was responsive and place was exactly as described. Great food, coffee, ice cream and small groceries all woke in walking distance (and I am not a walker)! We had a great time!
