This private vacation home is exactly what you have been waiting for! Located right on the water, this wonderful beach house is loaded with amenities and is sure to be the highlight of your next Clearwater Beach vacation.

Our Sunset Splash features 5 bedrooms and comes furnished with the best indoor and outdoor living space, offering multiple areas, and a gorgeous pool.

The interior is prime for group gatherings or one large family as it features 2500 sq ft with a airy split floor plan and multiples spaces to gather.

There are 2 main suites and a family suite. The first primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The second main bedroom has 2 Queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and a shower. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a Day bed (2 Twins). The family suite has 2 bedrooms that are connected, the first bedroom has a Queen bed with brilliant water views and the second bedroom has 2 Twins, these two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom that has a shower. The family suite has water views and also has a door that will lead to the pool patio. The living area offers a sofa bed. This property will accommodate a total of 14 guests.

There is a total of 3.5 bathrooms with a half bath near the entrance of the home.

The living area has plenty of seating and is perfect for enjoying game nights and family movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. It also offers a pool table and easy access to the pool patio.

There are 2 dining areas with abundant seating, the main dining area features a large dining table that seats 8 guests and adjacent to the kitchen is the second eating area seating 6 guests.

The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the appliances and cookware needed for your family meals. It also offers an island with a cooktop and seating for 3 guests. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted to know we have a Keurig for your morning coffee. You also have access to the pool patio from the breakfast area.

Our beautiful Clearwater Beach Home provides 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use!

You can see the gorgeous water from your living room, family suite and kitchenette area.

Additional features of this amazing home include smart fire TVs with an extensive package that offer a ton of movie channels for unlimited viewing and movies, brand new cool gel mattresses, a Wi-Fi system with 500 mgbs, laundry room, pool table, boat dock, kayaks and paddleboards with lifevests.

If you're up for a BBQ, we have an outdoor bbq heaven with natural gas, counter space and a picnic table for 6 guests. Outside you can truly enjoy paradise with plenty of seating and lounging.

One of the best features of this beach home is the waterfront- infinity edge pool that has a sunshelf and amazing water views. The backyard is truly an oasis.

Bring your fishing poles! There is a fishing dock that you can use and enjoy!

Launch kayaks and paddleboards from the fishing dock to explore our beautiful Clearwater Beach.

Walk to Shephards, Saltys Island Bar, Frenchys South Beach Café, Crabby’s Beachwalk and more!

We are just a 10 minute walk to the Pier.

We absolutely loved our stay. We are considering making this our annual family vacation spot!. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. Showers were nice and hot, rooms were cool and comfortable. Ample space. Fans in very bedroom was a huge plus! Perfect distance to beach and restaraunts. Our host was very nice.

We enjoyed our time at this rental house in Clearwater, FL. It was the perfect size for our whole family and we loved hanging out in the pool every evening after a long day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk away as well, which was awesome!

House was very nice and cozy. A ton of space and a ton of bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The pool and dock were gorgeous and a great place to spend time. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but if you want to get to the downtown it’s a 5-10 min drive. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back!

Loved it. Spacious. Clean. Had everything we needed. We're definitely going to book again. We walked everywhere and didn't really need the car. Host was super helpful and easy to reach. She checked in with us by phone to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We had such a great time at this property! The whole place was clean and inviting. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 9. Short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The pool stayed warm despite the cooler air temps we had. Mona was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. Would 100% return to this house!

This is a perfect house for a low key family or friend group getaway. Heated pool, pool table, right on the marina, walkable to the beach - it has everything! We had a pretty cold weekend trip and we were so grateful to have this house to relax in and still use the pool. The three full bathrooms were a lifesaver, as each family had their own private space. Mona was great to coordinate with. She responded promptly and answered all questions I had before our trip. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and spacious vacation!

The house is beautiful, as you walk in you get a beautiful view of the canal with the great pool and dock. We fished the last day, great expedience, so many fishes. We walked to the beach, very close and easy to walk even with kids. We also walked to bars at night, many places close by. The only thing we did not like was that our welcome message included an instruction to not use any oil/lotion or sunscreen at the pool so it didn’t get clogged. With 3 kids in Florida, it didn’t seem like a realistic rule. We were there in September and sun is not as strong so we did not have to wear much. I think it is for people using too much sunscreen? Not sure but asking someone in FL to not use sunscreen does not seem right. Other than that, our stay was great. Mona, who admins the place was always very helpful, answering texts at any time. We rented beach supplies through the company they recommend, but the house had chairs, a wagon and at the beach plenty of options to rent so no need for that

Perfect location for a family reunion/vacation for 6 adults and 5 kids. Short walk to the beach and everything else. The house was great and the kids loved the pool. They enjoyed the dolphins who swam up and down by the dock.

Great location. Mona at beach time rentals was very responsive! House was nice .. needs better lighting throughout. Bathroom showers/tubs need replacement and/or thorough cleaning. One kayak had no seat. Life jackets had bird poop on them. Pool was beautiful - not cleaned over the week we were there. Master bed was weird - like stacked mattresses???Enjoyed our stay in Clearwater ... house met our needs.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Close to beach and walking distance to Pier 60 and lots of good restaurants and bars. Having the pool was great and the view is really nice. We are hoping to stay here next year once the booking opens for 2024.

This is a must stay! Walk to everything. Pool awesome. Safe. Large interior. Tons of space. I would/will 100% stay again. We had 8 adults for wedding and it was so much space. Hanging on patio to the pool overlooking the water way was great including a fun dolphin visit.

A short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach when you want to join in Clearwater fun. We appreciated the beautiful snd peaceful setting this house offers. Comfortably sleeps 10 - 12. Offers privacy for 3 families. The pool needs maintenance, but it is clean. Our kids fished off the dock which kept them entertained for hours. We saw dolphins and other wildlife from our dock.

my wife and i brought our daughters and boyfriends (20's) and all had a great time the pool and back yard were perfect for morning chill, even seen a couple of dolphins. the pool table and darts made for good home entertainment. we never really used the tvs. management was above and beyond, very helpfull. the place was clean. the beds were comfy. having a washer and dryer helped alot. the walk to the beach was really short and was way better than trying to find parking. would def stay here again!

Lovely home in beautiful area. Very close to everything yet plenty of quiet. A/C didn’t flow as well to each end of the home where sleeping quarters were so at night it was stuffy. And the kind size. Ed needs someone at least 6’5” to get on and out comfortably. If it weren’t for the bizarre bed and the A/C we’d give it 5 stars all around

The pool overlooks the canal in the back which is a very cool view. The sunset off the dock is amazing as well. Everything that you could ever want is within walking distance. The house has a very cool layout and plenty of bedrooms. Will definitely book here again
