-This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Amazing Place

Overall

We loved our stay and can’t recommend this condo complex enough. You are just steps away from the beach and it makes it super easy walking out your front door to go down to the pool or set up your beach spot for the day. Our host was super responsive, and very informative. The only recommendation we had would be for comfier pillows and linens. (Not a big deal by any means) the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
