BTR #2145. Come and vacation inn this newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom gem, perfectly situated just a leisurely 2-minute stroll from the sands of Indian Rocks Beach.

The small yet functional full kitchenette has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It also has a bar seating for 4 guests.

The two cozy bedrooms have a full size bed in each and the living room has a sofa bed.

The property sleeps a total of 5 guests.

Laundry room is shared with the unit next door.

The location is perfectly located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach! It is within walking distance to the beach as well as many local bars and restaurants. Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Island Bliss II is the perfect place for you. You can indulge on ice cream at IRB creamery, enjoy an afternoon cocktail at Salt Public House, or go sit on the patio and enjoy seafood at The Original Crabby Bills. You can also grab a coffee and a croissant at Café de Paris Bakery and go for an early morning stroll on the beach. This location offers both the relaxation of the beach and entertainment close by for your enjoyment!

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
