This condo is located at the Villas of Clearwater beach where you can enjoy a shared pool, grills and just steps from the beach.

Finns up is located on the top floor of building B.

As you walk in you will see an open floor plan with high ceilings, perfect space for your family vacation.

This beach condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 guests total.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a smart TV.

With 1100 square feet of living space, you'll have room to relax and make lasting memories with loved ones.

The living room is designed for relaxation and offers access to a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Plenty of comfy seating makes it an inviting space to enjoy.

The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new GE appliances and stunning quartz countertops, making meal preparation a joy.

This condo offers a true beachside experience with no streets to cross. Simply venture down the stairs to enjoy the pool or continue down to the beach, where sun, surf, and sand await.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This was a lovely place. Very clean and spacious. It is easy to walk for food and shopping and right next to the beach with no streets to cross. We would definitely stay here again!

Less than 1 block from beach. Close enough to town and restaurants for easy walk. Property managers were wonderful, communicate easily, very helpful. Highly recommend

The property was just as advertised. The location was superb being just steps from the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It was clean with plenty of space and the Communication from the property manager was top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing! Walking distance to the beach. Nice community pool. Walking distance to restaurants. Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Clearwater!

Just stayed for 3 nights from Wisconsin. Perfect condo with 2 bathrooms and vaulted ceilings that makes the place seem twice as big. Tv, furniture, table are higher end and very nice. 30 steps to the beach makes life very easy.

Loved the condo. It's on the 2nd floor of a building that is super close to the beach. My small kids and I took the walk down every day, it was not hectic (as it usually is) so I was very glad for the short distance to the beach. The pool is also right there! In terms of location this condo is a winner. The interior is very nice as well. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the condo itself is very comfortable. We are so glad to have found this place.
