3 Palms House is a part of the 3 Palms Retreat which is a large beach compound located in Indian Rocks Beach. In this compound you will find a beachfront duplex and a single family home. This large family-friendly beach retreat can be rented separately or together.

Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this unique rental property features open and airy living spaces which is everything you need for an exclusive beach escape.

This home is beautifully decorated, as you step into the living area and discover the large flat screen TV. The couch in here is a great place to watch a movie.

The kitchen and dining area are next to each other and there’s plenty of space to cook everything from simple snacks to gourmet meals. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and much more.

During your stay at this home you with certainly enjoy the light and airy feel as you relax after a day at the beach.

Primary bedroom offers a King bed, the second bedroom offers a king bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed.

*Please keep in mind this property is located facing Gulf Blvd and the beach is just a few steps away, there are no beach views.

This property does not have laundry facilities but there is a coin laundry mat one house away from this location.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
