Sea Breeze Beach House offered by Beach Time Rentals

The property offers a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom and a Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our Sea Breeze rental home has a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and a separate dining room as well. In addition, this lovely vacation home has a Florida room that opens onto the beautiful backyard with private pool.

Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

This is ideal for family gatherings and barbeques, yet it's steps to the beach. This charming vacation rental is one of a kind in the Clearwater Beach area. It is located in the famous Carlouel subdivision, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our beautiful home is only a short distance to restaurants, entertainment, Pier 60, and the Jolley Trolley stops close by.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

We had an amazing time at this location. The house was clean and had close access to the beach. The private pool and backyard definitely was a plus. Mona was efficient and helpful with booking and communication! We will definitely be back again to visit.

Everything was great! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The only complaints I would have is the outdoor flood lights from the neighbor that lit up the master bedroom all night and the shower water pressure in the other two bathrooms (next to the bedrooms with the queens) wasn’t good. Other then that I would highly recommend this house.

The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to the beach, it was wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday.
The beach is almost private, we had it all to ourselves.
It has everything you need, kitchen fully stocked and well organized.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

We loved the Sea Breeze Beach House! Perfect location with a very short walk to beach. Located in a very quiet cute little neighborhood close to town. Such a cute little pool area in the backyard and the house is very spacious. Only complaints we have is the master bed was hard, could use a mattress topper and the decor is all over the place. A little “revamping” of the decor could really make this house go from a 7 to a 10! Also, we had no idea where the washer and dryer were located. We searched and couldn’t find them anywhere. They ended up being located outside.. it would have been nice for that to be in the listing so I didn’t panic when my baby got sick and we needed to wash sheets. The staff is very attentive and helpful! We can’t wait to stay at Sea Breeze again!

It was fantastic. Just out of walking range to the restaurants. Very nice place and the private beach area was a huge bonus. Lots of good shells as well. We would definitely consider this place again.

This is by far our favorite spot to come for family vacation. So much that we came back to the same house 2 years in a row. Mona, the property manager and contact, is super helpful and makes it a breeze to work with. We love the location, as it is a quiet neighborhood, and just a couple hundred steps to the gorgeous beach! The beach is located North of the busy pier 60 area, but it's only a little over a mile to the stores and restaurants. An easy walk or drive! This location is great with the kids as the beach is quiet and not crowded at all. The pool at the house is perfect to cool off for a change in scenery, and the whole backyard is secluded. The foliage really gives you privacy. I highly recommend visiting!

One block from the beach. Very convenient. Lovely neighborhood. Property was clean and spacious for our our family of 6 adults and 2 children although did not feel too big when it was just my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely back yard! Mona the property manager always exceeds expectations and makes you feel like she loves what she does! Mona is a pleasure to speak with and can get things done! Yes furnishings, floor, grout a bit worn but a minor thing in my opinion. The backyard is private with beautiful landscaping (except for the big bush/tree that sheds those big leaves). The pool was smaller than some maybe but it was warm, and just the right size for beach ball volleyball and floating in the sun. Especially liked this home over others we have been in because the pool area had both shade and sun, plenty of seating, and a separate screened in area to sit. The pool does have a small leak and some of the pavers around it are in need of repair, but again a minor issue in my overall opinion. Would definitely recommend and we rented again for next year!

The place is a great base of operations for a stay in the area, and is well equipped to host a group. The beach is right nearby and there are lots of local places to go. Having the pool made it very easy to go for a dip whenever. Very nice!

This was a great house and perfect for our needs. The place is clean, does need some minor updating but overall was perfect. Water pressure was great, beds were very comfortable. Loved the private pool, it is small but worked for us perfectly! The outside area around the pool does have some bricks that are heaving some making for uneven terrain and I did stub my toe by tripping on them but not a big deal. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk around the corner!! We were able to check the tides on the guidance of Mona the property manager and walk almost all the way to Caladesi Island!! I loved it was a whole house and we could cook, there is also a charcoal grill to use! It is quiet and a little way from the action of the center of the beach, but we liked that and honestly there are many options to take a cab to get there and back that are very reasonable as parking on the beach is minimal and can be expensive! I will say the accuracy of the bed situation is off. There are 3 bedrooms- 1 with a king, the other 2 have 2 queens. no big deal for us and loved that each room has a bathroom just outside of the door or in the room! It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on premises as well! Guests leave their extra things and that is actually helpful! we left some charcoal and there was some already left behind as well as laundry soap and bleach! The property management company does encourage leaving your extras behind and will donate those full items which I personally love!! The temperature in the house was perfect and the water heated up quickly. I did feel the pool maintenance was lacking which I have not discussed with the company as of yet in the context of not coming on Tuesday as scheduled and they do not vacuum the pool and the sand pools at the bottom, however there is a skimmer there and my husband cleaned it just before the pool company showed up and told him he did a great job and thanked him. I would definitely stay here again!

“We loved the house and location! Mona, our contact person, was fabulous to work with. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to get our vacation started! Unfortunately we had to leave due to Hurricane Ian, but we’re planning on going again next year in this exact same house! It’s spacious, comfortable, and the pool is great! Mona promptly refunded our money which was very nice! She definitely left us with a feeling of trust in Beach Time. I thank y’all for a super experience and look forward to our trip next year! We absolutely loved our stay here. Not only is the house cozy and welcoming, it is literally not even a 5 minute walk from the front door step to picking a spot at the beach. Our favorite thing about this was, the house being far enough from the hotels so you can have your own private spot on the beach but still close enough to downtown. Mona our house manager was amazing. She was very responsive and attentive to us and any questions or concerns we had. Definitely will be booking to stay here again in the near future! 10/10 from us!!

We had a good time staying at Sea Breeze Beach house. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was never crowded. The water was clear and we enjoyed the beach and ocean The house was perfect for our family. We contacted the realtor for any problems we had and they acted promptly. I felt safe getting out each morning and walking in the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood in north Clearwater Beach. The kitchen had anything we could have required for cooking. By having an instacart delivery on the first day, we really didn't have to leave unless we wanted to. Yes, the pool is smaller than most, but the water was warm, the landscaping beautiful and our party of six all enjoyed spending time relaxing in the water. We avoided renting a car by relying on the free beach transport (just tip the drivers) and walking everywhere else. You can even walk a couple miles along the shore to Caladesi Island state park if you go at low tide. Wish we didn't have to leave.

We had an awesome vacation! Sea Breeze house was perfect for our family! There were 10 of us, 5 kids5 adults and we had more than enough room . Kids loved the pool and the beach was so close! It truly was perfect for our family! Mona from Beachtime was so helpful and made the rental process and payment so easy! We loved the beach, it was away from the public beach which we enjoyed.

This place was wonderful in that we did not feel we needed to leave for anything. The walk to the beach was seconds away and the back yard pool was fantastic. We ate every meal on the screened in porch and enjoyed the weather there at night as well. The neighborhood it quiet and you are far enough away from spring break crowd that you can really enjoy it.

This charming mid century ranch only a block from N Clearwater Beach is perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed homemade dinners on the screened porch or on the patio. We enjoyed many delightful swims in the little pool surrounded by a variety of tropical palms and flowering bushes. We walked daily to the uncrowded and beautiful beach for lunch and walks or sunning. We did jigsaw puzzles on the long farm style dining table. A very pleasant stay.

Secluded Oasis within a Busy Tourist Town

The description and pictures do not capture how beautiful this property is in person. The backyard is the secluded oasis one looks for on vacation. Plenty of outdoor seating, a charcoal grill to use and the landscape is well-kept. The house is supplied with everything you need and if not, Mona is super responsive to any needs/issues that arise. The rooms are large and spread out throughout the house. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!! Many comments talk about the small size of the pool but we found it to be the perfect size for a quick dip. We had 6 adults and spent quite a bit of time standing in the pool talking. The beach access is super close and once you get to the beach, it is as if you have your own private beach. Very unlike the beach area near Pier 60! Overall, a fantastic property to rent for some rest and relaxation time with friends and family.

Overall we were happy with our stay. It was clean and accurate to description. Close walk to beach and secluded with fencing and lots of greenery. Our only complaint is the back door leading to the pool area could use a better lock for children, even just something as simple as a slide or chain. It has a small basic lock thatthe 4 year old figured out in minutes.

We had a really fun 9 nights at Sea Breeze. The weather was great, the Jolly Trolley was close by, as was the beach.

The rental house was fine, but it could use some updating. One of the recliner chairs was broken, and the home just has a dated feel to it. We knew this going in, as the photos depict the place accurately enough. Just a comment. We’d prefer at least one BR with a King bed. That would be a nice touch. The pool is really small, but great for cooling off, so no problem with the pool. With the pool heater on, it was great. The landscaping in the back could use a trim, and a guy did show up to say that was being scheduled soon.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. Mona was prompt and courteous with my questions and check-in process. We hope to return to the area again next year!

She helped in all the pointer's of getting around on the island. The strip and pier is not far. The beach is just a couple of step's. I prefer anyone to go here. I will be back. Thank you Mona♥️.
