This property is located in Redington Beach, a two minute walk to the beach.

This Redington Beach Home is a brand new construction home!

Experience a truly unique vacation with this one of a kind villa. With more than 2400 sq. ft. of living space, you'll have room to relax and enjoy the comforts this beach house has to offer. An open floor plan that effortlessly flows from one area into another invites you to relax and enjoy your home away from home.

This spacious home boasts 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, a game room, and a kids retreat!

The first level features a covered patio with beautiful landscaping and a Giant Swim Spa.
Second level features the main living areas, the Primary bedroom and laundry room.

This gorgeous beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen which is ready for quick meals or for dinner parties. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top stove and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every needed utensil, kitchen appliance, crockery and glassware. This beautiful kitchen is complete with a quartz island that seats 4 guests.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area.

The dining area seats 8 guests.

Living area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV.

The second floor has easy access to a balcony equipped with rocking chairs for your enjoyment.

The Primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, his ’n’ hers double vanity unit, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet.

The third level features the second primary bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and the kids retreat.

We provide a ping pong table and a shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

The kids retreat awaits! Complete with flat screen TV, games, books and much more. The kids retreat offers a fun space for the kids.

The second primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third Bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth Bedroom has 2 full bunk beds with access to a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that offers a shower/tub combination.

All to comfortably accommodate 12 -14 guests.

Enjoy casual outdoor dining under the covered lanai complete with a gas bbq grill as well.

The best of all is the Giant Swim Spa!!!!

Beach access:
The beach is a two minute walk. There is beach access around the corner from this property with a dedicated crosswalk at the corner.

This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

My family and I (12 Total) loved our stay at the Clearwater Beach Villa. We stayed during the month of early January in 2025 and this really helps save our family vacation! Would do it all again if I had the time and highly recommend! (Memorable Details: Stocked with kitchen supplies, nice Kitchen island, nice balcony, huge primary room in 1st floor, a lot of light, multi rooms with TVs, hot-tub, outdoor tv, grill. Great for families for 10+)

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Had an excellent stay at Tropical Treasure Villa. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family and extended family. We cooked in most of the time and the kitchen had everything we needed. For us, the best part was the super close and easy access to the beach with the large spa not far behind. The hosts checked in and were proactive to make sure we had what we needed. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

What a nice place! Everything was as described. Lots of games and things to do at the house to keep you busy. The kitchen was so well stocked and the most organized Airbnb we have ever been to. We also appreciated all the well stocked items in the kitchen and bathrooms (tp, soaps, trash bags and lots of nice plush towels). We didn’t need to buy anything extra. We hope to be back!

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

11 close friends/family stayed here for a an intimate beach wedding between two of our best friends. We have been coming to the area for a few years, but we had never stayed right in Redington. Despite not being beachfront, the location was more than perfect. It was a quick walk through the crosswalk over to the nicely paved beach access (only downside to the beach access was no shower to rinse off; however, our house did have a hose out back so it worked out). The house had all we needed and more! The washer and dryer made things so convenient. The game room was a hit for our husbands. The hot tub is literally the size of a small swimming pool and could accommodate our whole crowd. Trash was automatically picked up twice during the week, and the host told us not to worry about linens or leftover food upon checkout which made for a stress-free departure. The host was so quick and efficient when it came to communicating with us via text. 10/10 would stay here again!

My stay at Tropical Treasure was my second time in this villa. It was just as pleasant the 2nd time around. The management company and the people I dealt with were all very responsive and professional! The only drawback was the beach access across the street being closed due to the hurricane which was no ones fault.

The rental was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a weeks vacation Loved the kitchen/eating area/ great room. Games, beach items, a huge hot tub and a very nice private outdoor eating area. Lots of room on the inside for our party of 10. Master bedroom and bath was large and very nice. The walk to the beautiful beach was a short 3 minutes or so. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close by. The property management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. If there was a negative at all, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels for a party of ten but there were plenty of beach towels to use.
We loved the home and area and will definitely come back!

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Treasure Villa. The house was perfect for our large family and had everything we could want. There are a few minor repairs that need to be made. We did have one issue with a toilet and it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely stay again.

Our party of 12 had a great stay. We were in the St. Pete area for a bachelor party and the house easily accomodated all of us. We spent a lot of time in the backyard using the hot tub, the grill, and playing all of the games that were provided. We would definitely recommend staying here for a large group. The house was very clean, spacious, in a great location, and reasonably priced.

We had a great time at this rental. We had a minor mechanical issue with the elevator (which we were given permission to use since my mom can't do stairs) when we arrived, and the owner of the property was super responsive, and got it fixed ASAP. We loved all the games and other items provided. My baby loved walking around on the soft turf. My stepson loved the huge hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you!

Everything turned out to be exactly what we read online. The home we rented was perfect for our family. We had seven adults and three children. The short distance to the water was wonderful. The house had everything you need when traveling to the location by air. It was a pleasure having a wagon to pull the chairs and sand toys to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

This house was the most wonderful one we’ve ever rented. It had a huge hot tub at no extra charge. The beds were made when we got there. The whole house was stocked so well that we hardly had to buy anything other than our food. The kitchen was spectacular. Had everything you could ever need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely wonderful.

This house is perfect for families with small children. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson with us and the fenced back yard with artificial grass was perfect for them to play on. The swim spa was even better than having a pool because of the warm temperature. The beach was a very short walk, sonic we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal to run back for it. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family and two young grandsons. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, we needed nothing except our food. The swim spa was huge and was even nicer than having a pool because of the ability to heat the water, which was perfect at 87 degrees for the kids. The fenced back yard was also a plus, no worries about the kids and there was a really nice playground just a block away. The beach was very easily accessible, just a few minutes walk. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect place to come together with our immediate family of 14 people. Everything that is provided at the property helps to make your time away more enjoyable.
The game room in the garage has something for everyone with ping pong, shuffleboard table, skeeball, and basketball hoops. Then you step out back to the swim spa which is huge. There is lots of covered seating back there which is nice. There are lots of beach chairs, rafts, etc for the guests to use at the beach.
The decor of the townhouse is very updated and beautiful. We were very pleased with the way everything looked. It was very nice for a rental.
The living space/kitchen area worked out really well for our family to come together at mealtimes. Although the table and bar only seat 10, so we actually brought 4 folding chairs with us.
The walk to the beach is very easy. We would go every day to spend a few hours and then again in the evening to watch the sunset. The beach was not crowded which is the way I like the beach.

No worries with this is a great house and an excellent location. Only have to walk across the street for beach access. The house has an excellent lay out, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The ground level was super fun with games and huge hot tub. Check in and out was stressfree and easy.
